Having qualified from Dublin, Hugh spent a number of years in general practice in London. He and his family returned to Dublin where he opened The Dalkey Clinic in 2001 to establish a practice focused on high quality patient care and aesthetic dentistry. He has also held a teaching post in the Dublin Dental University Hospital attached to TCD since then. He has done further training in Europe, the USA and Brazil to ensure that he remains at the forefront of the profession. Hugh’s primary focus is advanced adhesive restorative dentistry and he is at the forefront of biomimetic dentistry in Europe. He is the co-founder of Mimétika, training many other dentists in this advanced, minimally invasive approach.
Sonya is a former classmate of Hugh’s and graduated with him, from Trinity College Dublin, in 1995. She spent the next 2 years working in Dublin Dental Hospital as a House Officer.
In 1998 she moved into general practice and has worked in various locations in Dublin. She has developed a keen interest in facial aesthetics, cosmetic dentistry and general oral health. In facial aesthetics her aim is to achieve a natural enhancement and to work with the team to compliment any cosmetic dental work. Sonya carries out a range of aesthetic treatments, here in Dalkey and has attended a number of advanced aesthetic courses, to ensure she is always up to date.
Eibhlín graduated from University College Cork with an honors degree in 2011.

She has undergone extensive training in cosmetic dentistry in Kings college London, the Eastman dental institute, London and Belgium.
Eibhlín has also done extensive training in oral surgery, also at the Eastman dental institute, and further training in Endodontics. She is fully qualified in facial aesthetic treatment.
Eibhlín has successfully completed exams to become a member of the joint faculty of dental surgeons and has gained a diploma in health economics. Eibhlín’s friendly, calm and professional manner is what our patients here in Dalkey love most about her.
